Stockland Approves OMTrak

Stockland have started yet another project with OMTrak, Stockland Shellharbour.

Brookfield is the head contractor on the project and has commenced work on the $330 million redevelopment of the shopping centre.

The redeveloped centre will include a Myer department store, two discount department stores, two supermarkets, over 200 speciality stores, over 3,000 car parking spaces and upgraded toilets and parents room facilities, becoming the premier shopping destination in the Illawarra.

OMTrak is being used to create the Operations and Maintenance Manuals for all stages of the project including backloading the exisiting set of Manuals and As Built Drawings. This will enable Stockland to have a consistent set of documents ready to manage the centre upon completion.
