The James cook university has now appointed WebFM’s OMTrak operations and maintenance manual online system as the preferred solution for supply of their construction project’s O&M Manuals.

Currently underway at JCU’s Townsville campus is the School of Veterinary & Biomedical Sciences Building.

Hansen Yuncken’s Townsville office have been awarded the project and are looking forward to working closely with WebFM to handover the first on many projects O&M Manuals.

The James Cook University School of Veterinary & Biomedical Science project is known as the Vet Bundle. This Vet Bundle consists of a new Necropsy and Laboratories building (PC2 standard), and new 3 storey Vet administration building and refurbishment of an existing building ground floor for office space. In addition to the new buildings the bundle consists of a new 350 space car park with new entry road, service infrastructure upgrades and precinct landscaping/lighting.

The Necropsy lab building is a highly serviced building that will house specialist state of the art equipment and technology providing students with the practical and theoretical knowledge required to enter the Veterinary profession.
