Construction on the AgriBio Centre For AgriBioscience AgriBio is now complete and the O&M Manuals have been sucessfully delivered using WebFM’s OMTrak system.
The $288 million public private partnership (PPP) project is a joint initiative of the Government of Victoria,through the Department of Primary Industries (DPI), and La Trobe University (La Trobe).
AgriBio will be one of Australia’s premier biosciences facilities, with a key emphasis on supporting and protecting Victoria’s A$10 billion agricultural sector by focussing on cutting-edge research to;
– improve productivity
– fight disease and
– reduce environmental impact.
The facility has been built at La Trobe University’s Melbourne campus in Bundoora, and will accommodate up to 400 DPI and La Trobe staff, including scientists students, and business and science- support staff.
Plenary Research – consisting of Plenary Group, Grocon and Honeywell Limited – designed, constructed, financed and will provide facility management services required for the operation of AgriBio over a 25-year period. Design and construction of the project commenced in May 2009.

WebFM’s Victorian BDM Nick Suthers, worked closely with subcontractors such as KLM, Rutledge Engineering, ThyssenKrupp and the Entire Group to ensure a successful delivery of O&M Manuals and Asset Data – these are critical for Honeywell, who have a 25 year contract to maintain the facility.
